Bring your friends and family for a relaxing getaway on this quiet cove of Lake LBJ. The spacious fenced yard has plenty of room to toss washers or a football. It includes 2 king bedrooms and 2 four-bed bunkrooms, sleeping 12 comfortably.  2 large bathrooms and a powder room accommodate groups easily. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, mugs and wineglasses. It has a slow cooker, blender and lots of bowls and platters for sharing family meals after a day on the lake. The game closet is full of puzzles and games for a rainy afternoon or a starry night. The firepit is the perfect way to wind down after a busy day; you can make s'mores or share your favorite beverage. 

The entire large cove is a no-wake zone, so you can swim and play in the water without worry of waves or boats. It's less than a minute to the main part of the lake where you will find yourself on the coveted Colorado arm of Lake LBJ. The best skiing, wakeboarding, wake surfing and tubing are found here and you are just a splash away. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
